ABOUT US
Maintinex LLC, was founded in the 1990s by Alan Musumeci and Russell Pascetta, to provide a service to building owners with Exterior Insulation Finish Systems (EIFS) on their buildings.
Alan and Russell have extensive experience in the EIFS sector of the construction industry. Together they have over 100 years of combined experience in construction. Alan was originally Dryvit’s New England Sales Representative, and went on to form Construction Systems Inc., the Dryvit distributor. Russell also worked for Dryvit Systems Inc. as Vice President of Technical Services; one accomplishment was that he developed the EIFS Applicator Manual.
Maintinex LLC has since evolved into a full-service inspection company, dealing with many exterior claddings besides EIFS, including Manufactured Stone Veneer, Thin Brick Systems, Stucco, as well as other composite sidings.
